Spent Xmas at a hotel in a good and safe area, with many shops and restaurants around. Our room was fully renovated, modern bathroom and a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
Breakfast buffet is nothing special. Unfortunately, our room was on the street side and we could hear the noise from outside during the night.

Very easy to reach offices in city centre
Very old "soviet" style, smoke smell everywhere. Is good for one or two nights, not more...

We had a lot of contact with the reception staff who mostly were very helpful including airport pickup and storing our lugggage on departure even after we had checked out. We also had a very good evening in the adult bar and club. We had an excellent room on the 7th floor which we had requested and the views were excellent. We enjoyed the architecture and the breakfast had many extras for western tastes particularly fried eggs! THe location was very good for sightseeing and access to many attractions and the metro.
Unfortunately we had arranged for a letter package to be delivered to us at the hotel and this was twice turned away even though the room number was quoted and both our names. While we understand the difficulty of unfamilar tasks this shows a lack of initiative and customer service. Also the administration system was not effective in billing our room correctly and an error on day 1 took 3 other days to sort out.

We stayed in a hotel that had a great location, near a Metro station, and a fabulous 24 hour traditional Ukrainian restaurant. The breakfast had very limited options, but the elevators were unique and interesting. The staff, however, seemed helpful.
The hotel was infested with mosquitoes.

The hotel's architecture is stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection, including made-to-order options. Convenient location near metro and bus stops. Beautiful views of the river and Lavra churches.

I did not really see the difference between a junior suite I paid for and a normal double. Room was much smaller than expected. Next time a book a normal double room

Its location in the quiet area near a Metro station is convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the hotel's staff provides excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms, especially those with a beautiful view of the Lavra, are well-appointed and equipped with air conditioning. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of options.
Everything was satisfactory and met my expectations.
